Hannibal LaGrange University

Hannibal LaGrange, a private Christian university, offers more than 34 accredited courses for students. With HLG being a smaller university and attractively located, it provides a great place to continue your education. Many programs are offered including Christian studies, Education, and Interdisciplinary Studies.

Moberly Area Community College

Moberly Area Community College has over 6,000 students, and it is located in the northern part of Missouri. This institution offers career and technical courses to its students, providing them the best skills and knowledge for their career. Programs are offered both in-person and online. Additionally, they offer large scholarship amounts for the A+ Program. There are many programs including Technician Certification, Applied Science, as well as other AA and AS degrees. Apprenticeships and workforce training allow for real-life training, which is highly encouraged at MACC.

Truman University

Truman State University, also known as the “Harvard of the Midwest,” is a distinguished public institution located in Kirksville, Missouri. This university holds many notable accolades that attribute to their excellent college value along with their outstanding educational value. Additionally, Truman State has held the title of “Number 1 Public University in the Midwest region” for 25 consecutive years. Truman State University offers many reputable undergraduate and graduate programs including linguistics, pre-law, music therapy, pre-medicine, and gifted education.

AT Still University

A. T. Still University is a private medical school located in Kirksville, Missouri Northeast. The school was started by Dr. Andrew Taylor Still in the 1980’s, later becoming the first osteopathic school of medicine in the world. In addition to an osteopathic (DO) school, it houses the Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health, and a college of graduate Health Studies including Masters in Public Health and a Doctorate of Education. A. T. Still University is recognized as one of the best examples of diversity along with being great to work for.

Culver-Stockton College

Culver-Stockton College is a four-year private university located in Canton, Missouri. While you can attend in-person or online, this institution has an esteemed online program that has been granted the title of best online college. Culver-Stockton is, also, recognized for their great study abroad program, which many students take part in.
