What is Leadership Northeast Missouri?
A regional leadership institute, which consists of six learning and networking sessions throughout the northeast Missouri region. The learning topics include: Transportation/Infrastructure, Healthcare, Workforce, Ag Technology and Navigating Government Systems. The leadership component utilizes the True Colors leadership test and curriculum.

2026 Cohort Dates
The Leadership Northeast Class of 2026 will officially kick off the program on April 23–24 at the Riverfront Rotary Pavilion. This opening session provides participants the opportunity to connect with classmates, begin building relationships and set the tone for the year ahead.
