What is Leadership Northeast Missouri?
A regional leadership institute, which consists of six learning and networking sessions throughout the northeast Missouri region. The learning topics include: Transportation/Infrastructure, Healthcare, Workforce, Broadband/Agriculture, Navigating Government Systems. The leadership component utilizes the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test, along with the Army Training Manual to round out the leadership conversation.
Cultivating positive change through leadership and regional awareness.

Anyone interested in enhancing their leadership skills and gaining a deeper understanding of our region. Leaders and future leaders.
Application Process
Complete the online enrollment application below or download the Application and return by email to ashafer@kirksvillecity.com or mail to K-REDI, Attn: Leadership Northeast Missouri, 315 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501.
Completed applications must be received by March 15, 2024. A selection committee will review applications. Notification of selection will be made by email no later than March 29, 2024.
Full payment is due by April 12, 2024. Please make checks payable to Missouri Northeast and mail to 315 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501 or request an online payment by email to ashafer@kirksvillecity.com. No refunds will be made after the due date.
